Hi ThereWelcome to Bright Place resi a group of homes that welcomes your pets as part of the family to stay.
You may not know, but the UK Government confirmed changes to its model tenancy agreement in 2022, due to this we can now offer more flexible options for your pets to stay with you. Speak to our site manager to discover how we can best accommodate your furry or scaly friends' needs whilst staying at Bright Place Resi, or ask about one of the many community events to meet and welcome other residents' pets to the community.
With any additional pet added to your lease a ^PetDeposit-n^ deposit will be required, and an ongoing monthly rental of ^PetRent-n^. There are some restrictions to be aware of including ^PetMaxWeight-n^ and also ^PetRestriction-n^ to bear in mind when applying.
